By using our site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or our online platform. 2. Services Provided

Orchid Rise Bakery offers the following services:

• Bespoke Baked Goods: Crafting and selling art deco themed cakes, pastries, breads, and confectioneries. All products are subject to availability and may require specific lead times for custom orders.
• Baking Classes and Workshops: Providing instruction and materials for baking classes. Enrollment in classes is subject to availability and specific booking conditions.
• Catering Services: Providing baked goods and confections for events and special occasions. Catering orders are subject to a contract agreement and specific terms outlined during consultation.
• Custom Dessert Design and Creation: Collaborative design and creation of unique desserts tailored to client specifications. This service requires a consultation and specific project agreement.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our online platform or directly with Orchid Rise Bakery are considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to the final price.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement for most products and services, or as otherwise specified during the ordering process (e.g., deposits for catering or custom orders). We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.
• Custom Orders: For custom cakes and catering, a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the order, with the balance due by a specified date before delivery or pickup.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the service:

• Baked Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Custom orders may have a different cancellation policy as outlined in their specific agreement.
• Baking Classes/Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the class date for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on our ability to fill the spot.
• Catering/Custom Desserts: Cancellation terms will be clearly stated in the individual contract or agreement for these services. Deposits are typically non-refundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7-14 business days) to the original method of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the unique art deco designs of our products, is the intellectual property of Orchid Rise Bakery and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our online platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Orchid Rise Bakery makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our online platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
